Refund & Returns Policy

At Noelanii, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Condition Requirements Items must be returned unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived defective or damaged.

Restocking Fee A 10% restocking fee applies to all returned items. This will be deducted from your refund.

Defective or Damaged Items If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will cover the return shipping and provide a full replacement at no additional cost.

Sale Items Items purchased on sale are not eligible for a cash refund. Sale items may be exchanged or returned for store credit only.

How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@noelanii.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
